Living for the Weekends!

Hello!!!!

I hope everyone is having a great day and had a fabulous weekend.  Mine was really good.  Like I have said before, I love fall and I have a lot of fun things planned this season.  So, I really am living for those weekends! 

Figured I would just do a little recap on my weekend.

Friday after work we went to dinner with my parents.  I wanted to go somewhere that would be fun for Jackson.  He said he wanted pizza, so we went to the Pizza King Station on Southport.  It was very yummy.  Word to the wise though, if you are looking for entertainment for your kids, the game systems are not in each booth anymore.  They do however, still have the T.Vs and games in the lobby.

Saturday Jackson and I went with my mom, Brittany, and Robin to Riley Days!  We had a blast and were there allllllll day.  Don't worry Andy's checkbook is fine. :)  But I bought a lot of cool things from Mom shirts (These are my favorite right now.  Anything that says mom I want.) to decor for my house.  We also had yummy food and perfect weather.  It was a great day!  We stopped by and supported my cousin Rachel's booth.  I know a lot of you saw my post about my doormat.  If you didn't it's below.  But it was a custom order from my cousin.  I love it!  She does doormats, wooden spoons, glasses, mugs, jewelry and I am sure more!  Check her out on Facebook, Rachel Makes LLC.

On Sunday we took Jackson to see the Lego Ninjago movie.  I recommend it! Pretty good for a kids movie.  Jackson is being one of the ninjas for Halloween and has been watching the shows for a long time so he was super excited!

After that, the rest of the day was spent on house things.  Most of it was painting.  Jackson has a chalkboard wall in his room and my mom had a great idea to paint his name in chalk paint on the wall.  We did it and it looks great!  My mom is really good at stuff like that!

Then we just went to dinner at my parents!  Another great weekend.  This coming weekend we have some important plans which I will fill you in on later.  Hope everyone's weekend was as good.  What fun things have you all been up to? I would love to hear!
