Happy Wednesday!!
Hope everyone is having a good week. I am looking forward to another 3 day weekend. I need some rest and relaxation...and time to catch up on projects.
Let's get caught up on November. First up the November Citrus Lane box review.
Tug Boat from Green Toys
Jackson loves bath toys and this one is AWESOME. It is a perfect example of a simple toy with multiple uses. It is a great bath or pool toy. It also can be used to rinse a baby's hair in the tub. It's lightweight, floats, and is dishwasher safe. The perfect bath toy.
Zoo Bowl from Skip Hop
Have I mentioned we love Skip Hop?! This is another one of their great products. It is heavy weight so babies won't be chasing their bowls around the table. It is also very durable so you won't end up with bubbles or cracks. Plus, their designs are so cute!
Super Bib by Bumkins
This bib is a staple in our house. We had a couple before Citrus Lane and getting it in this box is just a reminder of how great it is. It is lightweight and odor and stain resistant. It is easy to clean and the catchall pocket is great for keeping crumbs contained. The designs are so fun too!
Liip Comfort from Purlisse
I am loving this lip balm. It is perfect for winter. It helps keep my lips super soft and is formulated with shea and mango. It is full of oils for hydration. Best part is, it doesn't feel greasy.
Bye-Bye Dry Moisturizing Therapy Wash from BabyGanics
This wash is especially formulated to keep sensitive skin from drying out. Which is EXACTLY what Jackson needs right now.
Tiny Prints Offer
I haven't used this yet but it is a great deal for free shipping and address labels. Which I am in need of. I believe you can even customize them with photos.
We loved this box. I think every month gets better and better. Especially since Jackson is so into playing and everything now, all the products seem perfect for him. Next post will have December's box.
November was another busy, fun month. At the beginning of the month Jackson went to his first Gymboree class and loved it. They do so many neat interactive things and tailor them to your child's age group. Jackson had so much fun. In fact, I think we are going to have his first birthday there so there is something for the young ones to do. Here are some pictures. Jackson loved tubing the most.
Also in November, Jackson was dedicated. We had thought about dedicating him for a while and the opportunity became available at our church so we signed him up. It was such a nice ceremony. They had a neat slide show with pictures of each kid as well as time with a prayer team member followed by a reception. Jackson had a lot of family there to support him. My great aunt Donna even cross stiched him a keepsake for his room. It was a very special day. And he looked so handsome!
I kind of mentioned before I was the interim supervisor for my team at work. Well I loved all the interim work and after careful thought and prayer I applied for the permanent position. In November I was officially made a health supervisor. I got to keep my team and I think they were as thrilled as I was. I came in one day to some awesome decorations.
It is a crazy hectic job, but I am really enjoying it and the fact that it has me stepping out of my comfort zone all the time.
November also brought Andy's birthday. We had a big surprise party for him and some how I actually surprised him. He had no idea. It was a good time!
Jackson's first Thanksgiving!!! We had three Thanksgiving dinners this year. They were all great time with family. Jackson even tried real sweet potatoes and mashed potatoes!
Here he is pooped after eating at Andy's family
And here he is on actual Thanksgiving day with his turkey gear on.
This year we had so much to be thankful for. It was a great time to celebrate what all God has given us.
Last, but certainly not least. At the end of November my best friend got engaged. It was such a cool thing. Her fiancé planned a surprise party and way to get her there with her friends and family. When she walked in, she was so surprised to see us but even more shocked when he got down on one knee. It was beautiful and of course I cried. I am sooooo happy for them! Here is a picture of us at the party.
November was so good to my friends, family, and I.
Next up December! Almost caught up!!!
