Picture catch up!!

Welp since its been a month and I have a lot to update on and a lot I want to write about, I decided to do a picture update and then start fresh after the update. So let's get to the update and then hopefully tonight or tomorrow morning I'll have tons of new stuff for this new month!

First, Jackson's 5 month pictures. I know pathetic when he is actually 6 months old today. But that will come!

And here's a little collage I had done showing how he's grown!

Jackson has tried most stage one fruits and veggies and loves them all. I'm hoping at his 6 month appointment we get the go ahead to try the mixes. It's so fun seeing how Jackson reacts to new food.

I had the best birthday week. Yes, we celebrate birthday weeks. My family and friends made me feel so special. I almost forgot how old I am ;)

It was my birthday so yes, I made my son wear a "my mom is hot" shirt.

Don't laugh. I have wanted this sling so bad and got it from my sister for my birthday. It makes carrying my growing boy so much easier. No more lugging around his carseat. And Jackson loves it!

I have also been wanting a Thirty One diaper bag and my parents got me this one. I love the monogram and the fall colors. It's so much nicer than the normal bulky diaper bags. I love it!

I just love this picture. I wanted to get one of Jacksy's new jammies, which I love, but his smile makes me melt.

For Robin's 50th we took a pole dancing class. It was so fun, but hard work! I was sore for days!

Next up was Cassie's birthday. September birthdays are the best. And so is trying a new restaurant. We ate at Bru Burger that night and it was DELICIOUS!

My boys. This is Andy's new favorite picture.

DJ is so sweet with Jackson. He wanted to hold Jackson and they both were loving it

We got Jackson this new jumper. I swear, despite his face in the picture, he's crazy about it. He loves all the noises and gadgets.

I decided since we had tried a lot of foods and Jackson wasn't having any problem with them that it was time for me to start making homemade baby food. This was my first try. I made two weeks worth of avocados, carrots, sweet potatoes, green beans, apples, and bananas. I would've made more but I ran out of storage! It took a little bit to get the hang of it but the Baby Bullet products make it so much easier (thanks miss Amanda Rogers). I felt really good making Jackson's food and knowing exactly what was going into it. We will see if Jackson likes my cooking :)

Ok well we are caught up and ready for a fresh start with one of my favorite months. I promise to update within 24 hours!!!!

Happy fall :)
