The chalkboard is FINALLY back up!!!

Hello everyone!! Sorry it has been so long since an update. Things have been crazy busy around here. Especially, with everything that's going on with my grandma. Days seem to be running into each other and time is flying. But I promise I have ALOT of posts lined up of things that have been going on. Starting tonight! First, I just wanted to give everyone a little update on my grandma. I am currently creating a caring bridge blog for her that will go into tons more detail but I wanted to update everyone until it's finished. My grandma currently is in a long term hospital facility for shingles and meningitis and confusion. She went to Community Hospital a couple of weeks ago after some major confusion. They figured out she had the meningitis on top of the shingles and started antibiotics. She just finished up her round of antibiotics tonight so we will see what the next step is and if things are getting better. Please keep her on your prayers list. I also wanted to give a proper shout out to the awards banquet we went to honoring my grandpa. He was selected to be inducted into the hall of fame for Eastern Hancock. My grandma and my mom couldn't be there unfortunately but we had a lot of other family and friends there supporting my grandpa. He was an awesome athlete and a great guy. And an all around stud :) Brittany and I accepted the award for the family. It was such an honor and we were so incredibly proud to be his grand daughters and to have so many great friends and family there.  Before I finally get into the pregnancy update I also wanted to discuss Valentine's Day. It was my last one before I add another special valentine to my life. Everyone made it one never to forget. I started the day with heart shaped doughnuts and roses from Dave. He always treats his ladies so wonderful. We are lucky to have him in our life. At work I was surprised with flowers and candy delivered from my great hubby. I always get great surprises from him but not usually delivered! It was a nice surprise! He also made a delicious steak dinner for us. My sister sent us a gift card for a date night out before Jackson comes. My mom got me a really wonderful daughter keepsake and movie gift cards to add to our date night! It was a loving fun day! Here is my special delivery from my hubby:

 

 Now for the pregnancy update! We are in the third week of our first class and I am loving it! This one is called a Healthy Birth. We are learning very valuable information. AND last week Andy had to massage me like the whole class. It's AMAZING! Also, both my showers are scheduled for weekends in March. I can't wait!!!! Oh and I have really been stressing about a stroller/car seat. Not that I didn't think we would get one but in our class they even talked about getting it and scheduling a time with the hospital to learn how to properly install it. I guess there is like a crazy high statistic like 90% of car seats are installed wrong. I definitely don't want to be part of that statistic. Well we finally bought one and I LOVE IT! I can't wait to use it. Jackson is going to be so cute in it.

 

 Ok so week 32!

 

How Far Along: 32 weeks!! Almost there!
Total Weight Gained: Well I have an appointment this week so I will know for sure after, but as of my last appointment about 22lbs. I would guess I will be gaining a bit more as it gets closer. Especially with him measuring big!
Maternity clothes: All the time. They are the most comfortable especially since I am much more round now!
Stretch Marks: Finally starting to see a few little ones. Doesn't surprise me since I feel like my stomach is pulling all the time.
Sleep: My sleep is a lot more tossing and turning. And I can't lay in my favorite positions. I blame most of it on my uncomfortable bed though and not the watermelon in my stomach. Jackson can do no wrong :)
Best Moment This Week: I am going to say since my last post. Which is definitely seeing our gorgeous little boy on the 3D ultrasound. Which I plan on dedicating a post to this week. He was so cute and totally has my nose!
Miss Anything: Not horribly. Although Andy helps because he swears the minute I am able to eat after delivery, he will have Jimmy Johns waiting.
Movement: ALL THE TIME! and it's a little more rough lately. lol Now I just want other people to feel him. He moves tons for Andy and I but when I put someone else's hand there, nothing. Stubborn already!
Cravings: None right now! I pretty much get a craving and get the food lol.
Gender: Male
Labor Signs: nope just Braxton Hicks
Symptoms: A lot of potty breaks. And some backaches at work after sitting so long. Nothing horrible though!
Wedding Ring On or Off: On, but tighter!
Belly Button In or Out: IN! somehow still in! I am beginning to wonder if it will pop out!
Happy or Moody Most of the Time: Happy. And anxious. I can't wait to meet him!
Looking Forward to: Our appointment this week. I love going to baby check ups!
