Look at me blogging again already :)

Quick update from the weekend. Friday I didn't feel 100% so I just caught up on shows. Everyone knows I love my shows and I feel like I am watching a lot this fall!
Saturday Andy and his dad worked on my breaks while I finally got my nails done! I love the Shellac and now that my nails are getting so long from prenatal vitamins I want to take care of them and make them look nice. I got black for Halloween :) Then we ran errands, visited with my grandma and had dinner with my mom and Dave at El Rodeo since she just got back from visiting with Britt.
Sunday my mom, Andy and I went to AppleWorks, aka Krystan's wedding venue. It was crazy packed but we got some Carmel apples, honey crisp apples and apple cider. I am in a big apple mood right now. Then my mom and I visited with my grandma while the men closed the pool - finally! After that we watched the Colts game and ate yummy soup out of bread bowls Dave had made.
I guess that wasn't really a quick update. All in all it was a relaxing weekend, but not long enough!

Oh so about my mom visiting my sister. As most of you know she is in Denver for work covering a maternity leave. She has been there about 3 months and we have been fortunate to have her home a lot during that time. It has been a roller coaster of emotions though. She absolutely loves what she is doing and knew she wouldn't get to live in Indiana but that doesn't mean that she isn't a little home sick and was praying to be placed near by. Well she has worked her butt off and they all love her. I'm bragging but last month she got top sales in her company. All her hard work paid off. We found out her permanent territory is Columbus, Ohio!! She will be only 3 hours away and will be moving back to the Midwest next week!!!!! We are all so excited. I can't wait until she is closer and we can see each other all the time. I've missed her. I am also in major dog hunt mode right now to finally get her the puppy I promised her for graduation since she now has a permanent place.

A couple things I want to do with this blog. First, I came across another blog for a woman that she created when she was pregnant so family far away could keep up with her pregnancy. I don't have tons of family far away but I like the update because every week she had updates on baby progress, products that were helping her through her pregnancy and she took a bump photo. I am working on doing something neat for that. It'll be up soon hopefully.
Also, a couple of my friends and I started a craft club. Not that our crafts have turned out real great, but they thought it would be cool to do Pinterest crafts and after do a follow up to see if the crafts actually turn out right. So I will be doing some of that. Then mostly just updates and random thoughts :)
