It has been awhile again since I have updated! I need to get back in the habit of more frequent updates! Let's see what has happened since my last update....Last weekend, Friday I went to Incredible Pizza with Andy and his family. It was fun. We love the games and the food and I love the way the place is designed with all the different themed rooms. Very cool. Then, Andy bought me Avatar on blue ray. I was very excited! Saturday I woke up and met my parents at the Petsmart Adopt a pet day. They were just looking, but happened to fall in love with two dogs. They decided on the smaller one because my mom fell in love. Funny thing happened when they went to sign the paperwork the shelter didn't approve them because their other dog, Macho, isn't neutered. So I had to save the day and adopt the dog for them. Of course now I hold it over their head that they can't even get approved for a dog and that their daughter can :) The dog is a male Maltese mix. He looks alot like Marilyn. He is two years old and such a lover. He is very calm and like jello when you hold him. His name is Casper because he is all white. Then we went to My cousin Derek and Erin's wedding. Very pretty and lots of fun! After that we went to a surprise birthday party for our family friend Grey Beasley. It was at a Mexican restaurant. Sunday, my mom, gma and I went to a bridal show. I had so much fun and got tons of good ideas. I need to get back in the planning mode. I was so on top of it and now there hasn't been much progress. I plan on researching photographers this weekend and so I can book one soon and get engagement photos. And I need to check in with the church to make sure we there is someone free for our date. Monday we found out my grandma's cancer has returned. We were obviously very upset, but she was relieved to find out what has been wrong with her lately and she isn't scared. We all know she can kick cancer's butt again it's just sad to have to start it all again. But like she says there is way worse, and we can get through it. We will. So keep her in your prayers. Once we found out we went down to Bloomington to see Britt and cheer her up with Casper :) Tuesday I had off from work since it was voting day. I got alot of laundry and cleaning caught up and I went grocery shopping and bought a bday gift for my friend Jessie and a Mother's day gift. Then Andy and I finally got around to watching Avatar. It was AMAZING! I loved it. And I know the movie is supposed to be so advanced so that, with the blue ray quality, and the quality of my new tv made it a beautiful movie. Speaking of Andy he is such a sweetheart. I was kind of complaining about money (not me!) My allergies were real bad and I had to buy this expensive eye drop so I was saying I had to watch my money. Well Saturday when I came home from the wedding he had a surprise for me. He had gotten me this new book that had just come out that I was dying for and inside he put money for me to go to dinner with my friends. He is so thoughtful. Then Wednesday was Cinco De Mayo! My Spanish classes rubbed off on me some and I love the holiday! I went out to dinner with a bunch of my friends and then out. It was a good time! I am so glad it is Friday! I have another busy weekend planned. It should be fun but I am looking forward to having some time to relax....not that I know when that will be! Have a great weekend!
