Hello! I seem to be saying this a lot lately but I hope everyone is staying warm. It is bitter cold outside! And I am not a big fan of the snow unless I am sitting inside looking out at it and don't have to go anywhere. So all this snow when I have to get out and go to work and run errands is no fun. Hope everyone had a great weekend. Last week was such a fabulous week for me. Tuesday night my mom, Andy and I went to put up Christmas decorations at my grandma's and to run a couple errands. Then we went to dinner at McCallisters. While we were out Dave called about a good deal he saw to the Dominican Republic. Andy and I had asked Dave to start looking for deals on traveling so we can book our honeymoon. He got out input and decided to look more into it. Wednesday night I was at Andy's and Dave called and invited us to dessert at Cheesecake Factory. While at dinner he asked us about our honeymoon budget. We haven't really set one we just figured he would find us a deal, tell us how much, and we would pay. Well he said he did find a good deal to the Dominican Republic. When I asked how much he said free for us! I started crying of course. It is my parents wedding gift to Andy and I! It is an all inclusive honeymoon to the Dominican Republic. I am so excited! Neither Andy or I have ever been there so we will be discovering it together! I went home and looked it up right away. It is amazing and I cannot wait! I have the best parents in the world! Thursday was the Colts game, which we won. YAAAY! Friday, I was leaving work when my mom called and said to get home I got a box from Cincinnati Bride, which is where I bought my wedding dress. When we got my dress, she said not to freak out, but when it arrives at my house it will be all flat in a box. So, my one bridezilla thing is that I could not see my beautiful wedding dress all smashed up in a litle box like that. I told my mom to open it and she had it all fluffed out and looking good when I got home. It is beautiful. I love it. Then, I went to dinner with Krystan, Jessica, and Amanda Ault. It was fun to catch up. After dinner, Krystan and I rented some movies but were too tired to watch them. So I went home and tried on my dress for Dave since he had never seen it. He thought it was very pretty and I never wanted to take it off. Saturday, I watched Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix at Krystan's. I am rewatching the movies so this week I can see the new one. Later that night I went to Andy's to hang out. Sunday, Andy and I went to register at our second place, Kohls. It was fun. Only one more to go! Then I worked on creating a master registry to stay organized. Monday Andy and I ran some errands and bought a bunch of stuff for baking our Christmas contributions to all our parties we are going to. We spent all night baking and I think we have a long ways to go until we reach Martha Stewart status. This week is busy finishing up Christmas shopping. I got my tree set up at work and stockings hung in our area. We are Christmas ready at Twenty First Century! I also need to finalize wedding flowers and I have been working on photo booth pricing. Lots to do as usual. I need the upcoming break bad! Have a good week and I can't wait to see everyone soon!
The only picture this week is from our resort in the Dominican Republic :) YAAAAAY
