Sorry it's been awhile!

Sorry it has been so long since my last update! I have been super busy. Hope everyone is staying cool. I don't want to complain too much because I hate cold weather more than anything and unfortunately it will be here before we know it. I do love Fall though. It is nice and cool, beautiful out, scarves and boots are in, and most importantly it's my birthday! OK so since my last blog...Krystan's bday was a good time. We went to Cheeseburger and Paradise. I love that place, they have the best drinks! I can't believe most of my friends will be 24 this year. We are getting old! lol that weekend I went dress shopping in Cincinnati. It was the time of my life! I went with my mom, gma, and Britt. We had so much fun. I went to the first shop and tried on 10 or so dresses. It was a crazy experience. When you first walk in and there are 4,000 dresses hanging there it is a little overwhelming but I started having fun once I tried on a couple. All the dresses are beautiful and I thought I had narrowed it down so we told the clerk we would probably be back after lunch. Before we went to eat we stopped at one other place and pulled some dresses to try on. The first one I tried on, I knew. People are right. I was nervous because although the first shop had beautiful things I didn't get the feeling everyone talks about. But at the second shop I got it. I knew this was my dress. And so did my family. Within 10 minutes we were purchasing the dress and taking lots of pictures. 2 hours at one store and 5 minutes at Cincinnati bridal and I fell in love. Because it is from some private collection I won't get my dress for 8 months! I miss it already! I love it and cannot wait for everyone to see it. Last week was my moms birthday week! She turned 29 lol weird I must have been adopted. We of course had to get her a cake from my cake lady. It was a coach purse. I attached the picture to this blog. It looked so good! and was yummy. I am so happy she is my wedding cake baker. We had a party with my family for Ben and my mom's birthday. Then, on my mom's actual birthday the four of us went out to dinner. Something we hadn't done, just the four of us, in a long time. It was so much fun. We went to Shula's. I loved it! The food was great and the service was amazing, and the view of downtown from your table was wonderful! We all got dressed up and had so much fun! This past weekend I went to a party to celebrate Erin Garrett (well I guess that's not her last name anymore!) getting married in Vegas. It was fun and her wedding pics, and video were GORGEOUS! The wedding looked beautiful and her photographer did an amazing job. Sunday I had made a bridesmaid dress appointment. I had already decided on the dress, the girls just needed to get fitted and ordered. Thank goodness they were there as well as my mom because when they tried it on and got sized their were some major issues. Now we are looking at a different dress and shop and plan on going next week to get things taken care of. This week has been pretty boring. I have been trying to get over being sick so lots of nights of relaxing after work and getting little things done around the house. Last night I went to dinner at bdubs with my gma and mom and then ran some errands. We had a lot of fun. I love hanging out with them. They spoil me :) I still need to work on the reception look. And figure out jewelry because Andy's dad is willing to make it for the bridal party I just need to decide on what I want to he can get started and have plenty of time. I also need to see how everything is coming along budget wise and get more organized with paperwork and checklists. I have been slacking! OH I did get my engagement photos back!!! I am so excited they look wonderful. I will add a couple once I get the disc with all the images. Right now they are available to purchase online. AND yesterday was 10 months till the wedding! WOW!
