Yesterday was such a great day. A while back my mom had gone to a cousin's wedding, at the Community Life Center and I was unable to go. She told me this was such a great place. We decided to get the venue group (Andy's mom, my mom, Andy's sister, Dave and I have been looking at places) and check it out. I fell in love. I started crying again (I am so emotional). I could really picture myself there. It is beautiful. After some persuading from Dave we booked it! I am getting married June 4, 2011 at the Community Life Center at Washington Park East. Andy and I were so excited. Our wedding will be outside in the courtyard and then the reception will be inside. There is a rotunda, a tower and a ballroom. We get the whole location for the day so we plan on having everything all throughout the place. It is beautiful and we want to use it all! I was so happy. Then I went to a jewelry party where I asked my cousin Lauren to be one of my flower girls. She was a little shy at first but she accepted! She will be so cute! I also asked my cousin Allie to be involved with the guestbook and programs. Tonight I went to dinner with one of my bridesmaids Krystan. She brought me some wedding magazines. I am so excited to start looking at them and getting ideas. My next wedding plans are to start the process with my church, getting my pastor to be my officiant and any classes they require. They told me first I need to come get a packet that I need with information. I need to get that this week. .Also, my big project is picking colors. I have some different palettes I am having some family and bridesmaids look at so I will keep you all posted!
Tomm is hump day! I am ready for the weekend already!
